1General Information & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the company operating the Zeed Buzz platform and all registered and unregistered users of the platform. By using the zeedbuzz.ws website or the Zeed Buzz app, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.
Zeed Buzz is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. While the platform is designed with Bangladeshi users in mind, it is your responsibility to ensure that using our services complies with the laws applicable in your country.

2Account Registration & Verification
To use Zeed Buzz, you need to create a personal account. The following conditions apply at the time of registration:
- Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

3Age Restriction & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Zeed Buzz. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions.
- Providing a false date of birth during registration will result in immediate account closure.
- If an account holder is found to be under 18 years of age, all associated transactions will be considered void.
- Parents are responsible — make sure minors cannot access your account.
4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Zeed Buzz currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. The payment rules are outlined below:
- Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals on verified KYC accounts are typically processed within 24 hours.
- Winnings from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Sharing a single payment account among multiple individuals is strictly prohibited.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, Zeed Buzz reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until the investigation is complete.
Zeed Buzz does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own charges — Zeed Buzz is not responsible for those.
5Bonus & Promotion Terms
Zeed Buzz regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all:
- Welcome Bonus: New accounts receive a 75% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Each user is eligible once only.
- Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts generally require a 5x to 10x wager. Full details can be found on the relevant offer page.
- Bets placed with a bonus must have minimum odds of 1.50.
- You cannot claim another bonus while an existing bonus offer is still active.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirements have been met are eligible for withdrawal.
- Zeed Buzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Zeed Buzz may cancel a bonus if abuse of the bonus system is suspected.
6Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting and gaming activities on Zeed Buzz:
- Confirmed bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled, though a partial cash-out may be available if the cash-out feature is active.
- If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with Zeed Buzz's established rules.
- Zeed Buzz reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Odds in live betting change in real time — the odds at the moment your bet is placed are final.
- All selections in an accumulator bet must be correct — a single incorrect selection will result in the entire bet being lost.
- Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the event and market.
Remember: Winning is never guaranteed in betting. Play responsibly and never bet more than you can afford to lose.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Zeed Buzz platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Abusing the bonus system — for example, claiming the welcome bonus multiple times under different identities.
- Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
- Using software or bots to place automated bets.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, Zeed Buzz reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action where necessary.
8Account Closure & Suspension
Zeed Buzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- KYC information found to be false or incomplete.
- Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
- Court orders or government directives.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
You may close your account at any time. In that case, any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be eligible for withdrawal.
9Responsible Gaming
Zeed Buzz is committed to responsible gaming. We want every user to play in a healthy, informed way. To support this, our platform offers a range of tools:

- If customer support is unable to resolve the issue, a formal written complaint may be submitted.
- In betting disputes, Zeed Buzz's decision shall be considered final, unless the relevant regulatory authority rules otherwise.
